Who processes payments/refunds?

Payments for The Trainwreck Club are processed by our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Consumer right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your initial subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, simply contact us before the 14-day period expires.

Exception: This right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise access, or to products which you have already benefited from.

If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date. The 14-day cancellation right applies only to your initial subscription, not to automatic renewals. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
