The Trainwreck Club
Nature of the Service
Trainwreck Labs develops and operates browser-based software applications and games (collectively, the "Software"). "The Trainwreck Club" is the brand name for our premium software subscription—it is a recurring software license that unlocks additional features within our Software during the active billing period. By subscribing, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Premium Features described below.
Subscription Definition
Despite its name, The Trainwreck Club is not a social club, organization, or association. It is a recurring software license that enables Premium Features within the Software during the active billing period. Subscribing does not constitute participation in any group or entitle you to any social, community, or organizational benefits.
Non-Community Clarification
The Trainwreck Club provides access to software features only. The subscription does NOT provide access to any community, forum, group, or association. The subscription does NOT constitute a relationship other than that of a software licensor and licensee.
Premium Features
The Trainwreck Club subscription unlocks the following software features:
- Ad-free functionality: Removal of third-party advertising within the Software
- Multiplayer functionality: Access to multiplayer game modes within the Software
- Beta software access: Early access to pre-release software versions before general availability
- Additional premium software features as they become available
Billing and Auto-Renewal
All payments for The Trainwreck Club are processed by a third-party payment processor or merchant of record. This provider handles billing, payment processing, tax calculation, and remittance where applicable.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium Features until the end of your current billing period, after which your license to Premium Features will terminate.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and our payment processor's policies. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please reach out to us directly. Feature modifications or removals do not entitle subscribers to refunds unless required by law.
Modifications to Software and Features
Trainwreck Labs reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any software features, including Premium Features, at any time with or without notice. We may also adjust subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers. Changes to features do not imply entitlement to refunds unless legally required.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The software license granted by your subscription is for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or resold.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Trainwreck Club subscription and revoke your license to Premium Features if you violate these terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized behavior. In such cases, you may not be entitled to a refund.
Limitation of Liability
Trainwreck Labs provides the Software and Premium Features "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software or Premium Features.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page. Continued use of the Software or The Trainwreck Club after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
